If you order an item on the website it will automatically send a confirmation of your order. After that I will check the availability and send an invoice to you. I use this method in case items are sold on a militaria show that same day. Invoices should be paid within 3 days – otherwise the item will be made available for sale again.


I understand some items are expensive and can not be fully paid once. Therefor it is possible to pay off an item. If you wish to use this option, please consult me first before ordering the item in the online shop.

Layway is only possible for a period of 90 days and I will ask a 10% non-refundable deposit from the start. If the 90 days are not respected, the seller has the right to offer the item for sale again and hold the 10% deposit. If however the seller and buyer agree to continue the payment plan after 90 days, the buyer loses all rights of guarantee, stated in the section below.


All items offered are 100% original unless stated otherwise. We offer a 30-days inspection period on each item after arrival. If you would have any problem with the item, please let me know within 30 days to receive a full refund. Items will be refunded when they arrived back to me in the same condition they were sold.


All items will be shipped worldwide with tracking, the tracking number can be given to you upon request and is not sent automaticly. All parcels will be shipped 48 hours after the payment has been received – unless told otherwise. Shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of the item and your location. Please inform if you want to get a quote or look below to have an idea on the average shipping rate.

Although I offer world wide shipping, and trust and rely on the various delivery systems to work properly, it must be understood that if items are sent by mail, it’s entirely at the customer’s own risk. I will package the items well to prevent damage, and obtain all relevant despatch documents etc., but in the event of a parcel being lost in transit Sandeboetiek.com will not be liable for such loss. I always ship orders registrated, and if required by the customer also insured, if the extra fee is paid (you can find the insuraces fees below). However I can only file a complaint for the insurances 7 days after the parcel has been delivered. It is the customers responsability to let me know if something is wrong with the delivery before these 7 days are passed.

Small items that fit a regular non-padded enveloppe of 23cm x 11.5cm and that not exceed 50g with Bpost:
For example small insignia, patches or documents.
Belgium: 8 euro
EU: 10 euro
World: 10 euro
Insurance: Not possible – if required please see below

Items not larger then the size of a box mesuring 35cm x 25cm x 20cm and not exceed 2kg with TNT/FEDEX:
For example a helmet, a jacket or a piece of equipment.
Belgium: 12 euro
EU: 20 euro
USA: 65 euro
World: >65 euro
Insurance: 10 euro for the first 1000 euro, add 1 euro per 100 euro value.
For example, an item that is worth 700 euro will cost the minium of 10 euro. An item that’s worth 1600 euro will cost 16 euro to insure.
