RARE M43 Luftwaffe 2-button officer field cap

Description

Extremely rare and seldom encountered factory made Luftwaffe officer M43 cap. Most of these caps we encounter are typical one-button examples, however this is a 2-button variant for officers. The cap shows light wear, and has its original insignia period attached to the front of the cap. The green silk interior show mild sweat staining and is size marked 59. The leather sweat band shows a leather quality mark. The blue wool shows light wear and still retains in vivid blue color. Pull down strings are present on the sides and the bias material is correctly stitched into the seam. First time in my life I encounter an origial two button M43 officer Luftwaffe cap in untouched condition like this one!
