RARE M36 SS chained dagger with ID-number from SS-Obersturmführer Alfred MEYER

Late construction ‘type C’ M36 pattern SS chained dagger in untouched condition. Beautiful ‘been-there’ piece shows very nice matching patina over all parts of the dagger. Chain details such as SS runes and skulls show nice polished look with the perfect amount of dirt and patina. Truely honest and 100% genuine untouched chained SS dagger – not many of these uncleaned daggers are available for sale these days. Of course being a textbook example, this blade does not bear any maker mark, as it should be! Interesting is also the SS-ID number engraved on the back of the chain (101603) that I just discovered while taking pictures, holding it into the correct light. A friend of me, who’s a doctor in history, did a research on this number and found a hit: SS-Obersturmführer Alfred MEYER (November 17, 1912). I have nothing more to add so I provided a lot of detailed pictures so you can see for yourself how nice this gem is.
