Stunning ‘been-there’ M40 pattern Luftwaffe camo helmet. Classic tan/green/brown ‘Normandy’ color camouflage schene, brush applied with thick woodchips in the paint. The paint shows normal wear. Some white ‘garage paint’ is spilled on top, typical feature of helmets sourced from USA. The helmet is complete with original installed liner, draw string and 1942 dated chin strap.
