Nice mid war constructed army officers visor cap for a member of the infantry. White colored infantry piping surounds the visor and shows no damages. A zink army eagle is period pierced on the front, below a bullion national cocarde is period hand applied. The visor is complete with its thick silver chin strap. The liner inside shows normal wear and shows a very uncommon maker mark from Karl Schrempf in the German city of Pforzheim. The celluloid sweat shield is gone but the maker mark still retains. The grey leather sweat band matches with the grey visor, both show normal wear. Overall a very attractive army visor, with no real damages or mothing. The hat shows honest and light wear and will look stunning in any type of display – on top of that it is made by a rare and uncommon maker!
