Genuine wartime Kriegsmarine U-boot badge in excellent condition, exectuted in Buntmetall, retaining all of its gold finish. No maker mark on the reverse but the design is known and attributed to the company of Schwerin, Berlin.
Beautiful and worn Iron Cross first class in good condition. The catch on the reverse is period repaired, as observed with many period pieces from that time. Maker markd with LDO code L/16, from the firm Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid.
Great uniform removed and worn AFRIKA campaign cufftitle (Das Ärmelband Afrika). This award was handed out to all soldiers who fought in the Africa campaign and was worn on the left cuff. The cufftitle is made from camel hair. Great example, with lot’s of wear.
Not often encountered large sized miniature of a EKII WW1. Comes with its original ribbon, but is repaired on the reverse. The cross is made of non magnetic material (perhaps silver?) and has enamled black finish on the front. A must have for an Iron Cross collector! Size cross: 25mm.
Zink constructed medal with ribbon in good condition. Maker marked in the ring by Werner Redo, Saarlauten (88). The Eastern Medal was awarded to any member of the Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS in recognition of probation in the struggle against the Bolshevik enemy and the Russian winter within the period from 15 November 1941 to 15 April…
